activaAir Quilt Film is suitable for use with the activaAir BP2000 and BP4000 Air Cushion Machines.
Made from a 100% recyclable HDPE multilayer film, the air is retained to provide a superior cushion protection, and the film is pre-perforated for easy separation.
We offer a selection of film sizes to suit any void fill requirements, and our Quilt Film is available with 2, 4, or 7 tubes to provide a more flexible protection when compared to our Cushion FIlm.
Air cushions are a great space saving alternative to bubble wrap or traditional loose fill, with one roll of film being equivalent to approximately 12 bags of traditional loosefill.
We also offer a range of activaAir Cushion Machine Accessories which can be incorporated into any packing station to improve efficiency.
