COVID-19 Disruption Warning

Following the introduction of Goverment measures to reduce the impact of COVID-19, we'd like to reassure customers that UKPackaging.com have taken steps to continue a fully operational service.

The team is strictly adhering to social distancing regulations and hygiene protocols in relation to the handling of goods coming in and out of our warehouse.

UKPackaging have seen a large increase in the volume of orders.  The courier network has also seen a large spike in traffic due to the pandemic.  As a result, in certain instances, there are delays to the advertised delivery service of one to two days.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and working closely with our distribution partners through this challenging situation.  We are holding increased stocks, introduced additional packing lines and have added further courier capacity to our operation.

In order to manage expectations, we have temporarily removed our 'before 10.30am' and 'before noon' next day delivery options. However, next day delivery and 2-4 day delivery service is still available.

We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and look forward to resuming normal levels of service soon.
