The Evolve Fully Automatic Strapping Machine is one of the most advanced in its class. Based on the standard fully automatic machine and incorporating features such as auto strap feed for easy strap loading. Short feed sensor and re-feed function for reducing misfeeds. Electronic tension control for quick and simple tension adjustment. Auto loop ejector which eliminates down time.
Short Feed Sensor - This sensor will detect weather the strap is at a sealing position. If it is not, the start switch cannot be activated.
Auto Strap Re-feed - The machine will automatically re-feed itself if a mis-strap occurs.
Strap End Rejector - End of strap sensor ejects end of coil out and prepares for next coil of strap.
