Our ActivaAir Air Cushion Machines can silently produce up to 27 metres of film per minute, and each feature a lightweight design that allows for the machines to be easily transported between packing stations in order to produce air cushions and quilts when required.
The activaAir Air Cushion Bags and Quilt Films are a 100% recyclable, space saving alternative to bubble wrap or traditional loose fill, and one roll of film is equivalent to approximately 12 bags of loosefill. The films retain air to provide superior cushion protection, whilst out Quilt Films use in-built tubes for a more flexible protection when compared to our Cushion Film.
We also offer a range of activaAir Cushion Machine Accessories which can be incorporated into any packing station to improve efficiency
For light duty usage, we offer the BP2000 Light Cushion Machine, for standard usage we recommend our BP4000 Basic Cushion Machine, and for heavy duty usage we suggest the BP5000 Power Cushion Machine.
