2). What delivery options do you offer?
We offer four delivery options with any orders to Mainland UK addresses, with free standard 2-3 day delivery available on orders over £75.00 excluding VAT. Our delivery options and costs are summarised in the table below. If you require delivery to an area that is not a Mainland UK address please contact us.

Delivery prices are shown excluding VAT.
Orders received Monday to Friday before 4pm will be dispatched the same day on the delivery service requested. Orders received Monday to Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.
For a Saturday delivery service orders must be received before 4pm on the Friday.
Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.

3). How do I know if my order has been received?
You will automatically receive an e-mailed Invoice from us confirming that your order has been processed along with details of the products, quantity, price and delivery option requested. This invoice also separates the VAT for business customers.
If any of these details are incorrect please contact us straight away.
We use WorldPay to process all our on line transactions. World Pay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and therefore all credit card transactions on our site are safe and secure. It is only World Pay that receives and can view your credit card details when processing the order and ukpackaging.com has no access to these details at any time.
When you are in the final checkout mode, you will see
a lock shown on your browser at the bottom of your screen.
This means that the order and your credit card information
is secure.
5). How do I return a product?
If you order the wrong product or change your mind, you can simply return it to us within 14 days from purchase. You only have to send the product back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will then arrange a credit, exchange or refund (subject to our terms and conditions).

When you first enter the shop, you are assigned a shopping cart that holds your purchases. Whenever you see an item that you want to purchase, you can add it to your cart by entering the number of items to add and clicking on the "Buy" button for that item.
When you click the ‘Buy’ button this takes you through to the shopping cart. You can remove items from your cart by simply clicking on the “Delete” button. You can proceed with the purchase by clicking on the ‘Go To Check Out’ button at the bottom of the page. To add further products to your cart click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button.
The email club allows us to keep you up to date on any new promotions or stock being sold at discount prices. Simply enter your name and email address and you have joined the club! We will then email you from time to time making you aware of any special offers and new products.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any other companies. If you wish to unsubscribe from the email club at any time simply ‘contact us’ and we will take you off our mailing list.
