All Board Envelopes are manufactured in quality fully coated white lined chip board. A heavy duty white board envelope with a peal and seal flap provide document security product protection and are tamper evident. Made from a rigid white-lined board to provide an impact resistant product, special attention is given to the larger C2 (444x625) size by increasing the thickness to 600 micron, therefore compensating for the increase in size.

These strong board back envelopes are one of our best sellers. They have a heavy duty kraft paper front and stiff solid board reverse. Thay are ideal for sending important papers, catalogues, photos or calenders. They are also printed 'PLEASE DO NOT BEND' on the manilla envelopes only and have a peal and seal closure.

Superlite comprises a strong triple layer outer film of polythene laminated to AstroSupra Bubble with a strong self seal strip for secure mailing. Superlite offers our customers a waterproof, environmentally friendly bag that that is fully recyclable. The bags can be printed in multi-colour format and are available as standard in six sizes. Bespoke sizes are also available subject to minimum quantities.

Our highly tear resistant product is constructed from a Tri-laminate sandwich of paper, polythene and paper giving its necessary strength. The face paper had the advantage of being fully over printable rather than other market products. They come in 5 different sizes, 8 plain 2 with a window as an option. They are completly tear resistant.

Our recycled envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper from 100% UK recovered waste.This reduces the carbon footprint in collection of waste. They are also 100% biodegradable, this includes the window versions as the window is made corn starch and biodegrades within 30 days. They come in a range of sizes from DL self seal to C4 mailers.
